Registration and accommodation

REGISTRATION

The registration fee is £200 before 1 April 2007 and £225 thereafter. Registration includes access to all scientific sessions, abstract booklet, lunch on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, welcome wine reception and buffet dinner on Saturday, and conference dinner and Ceildih on Monday, as well as tea and coffee during the meeting. Lunches will be provided adjacent to the poster displays. You are free on Sunday night to explore the many restaurants in St Andrews (details of these will be provided at the meeting).

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation (bed and breakfast) will be in the New Hall residence of the University of St Andrews, 2 minutes walk from the Gateway where the conference will be held. New Hall is St Andrews’ 3-star (Scottish Tourist Board) hotel during the summer months, and each room has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Full Scottish breakfast is served in New Hall’s restaurant and a bar is open in the evenings. Rooms have been reserved for 3 nights (Saturday to Monday inclusive) and the cost is £190.

If anyone wishes to stay longer they should contact the university’s conference and group services directly by e-mail at  holidays@st-andrews.ac.uk Additional nights cannot be booked via the conference web site. Further information is available at
